Don’t Blame The Customer If They Make A Mistake
We’re pleased to announce that Ooh! Review business users can now easily manage, select and embed - with a simple line of provided code - and show-off any of the reviews and comments they receive from their customers into their website; and be able to update and/or add to these with ease.
The full embed functionality can be found in the, “Promote Survey” section of your account and has two components. The first allows you to embed your survey onto your website via a simple feedback tab (see below), so customers can submit a review without ever leaving your page - and it’s completely free to all users. The embedded link will present itself as a discrete tab on your webpage (which can be assigned to any or all pages), and can be positioned according to your preference.
Clients now have the facility to easily upload all of their locations and/or product lines via a simple .csv file, allowing customers to feedback to their survey in respect of those particular locations and/or products.
We've now finally launched Ooh! Review Awards to help reward and congratulate businesses for their efforts in a variety of categories including:
- overall business;
- customer service;
- product design;
- packaging design;
- brand/logo design;
Platinum and Gold Awards are available for each category with awardees being nominated either by (1) the Ooh! Review internal panel or (2) by customer vote.

Finally after three very long years of hard graft, development and planning the Ooh! Review team successfully launched www.oohreview.com yesterday, with Solar Buddies from www.solarbuddies.co.uk receiving our first Ooh! Review Platinum Award (well done girls).
Free users of the system can now contact all of their customers/consumers that have fed back via their Ooh! Review customer feedback surveys through our integrated drag-and-drop, mass marketing emailer. The email platform is very easy to use and is run on a low cost, value based, pay as you go (PAYG) system, utilising the Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), allowing clients to send out their mass marketing emails from their own domain name (and not appended by @oohreview.com).
Additionally, we have built in the functionality for clients to securely (and privately to them only) upload their own contact databases to add to their Ooh! Review mass email marketing campaigns.
We've finally managed to edit and release our explainer animation (found on the home page of the Ooh! Review site or can be seen at https://vimeo.com/221255755), and we're pleased to announce it's now shorter and more concise and hopefully explains the system better to our visitors.
